Every fusion starts with our Jun base — honey- and green-tea-fermented, alive with gentle effervescence. Into this living canvas, we weave single-origin fruits and hand-selected botanicals, creating layered flavour profiles that unfold slowly on the palate.
No artificial flavourings. No shortcuts. Each fusion is brewed in small batches, tested until the balance is exactly right.

Our flagship fusion. Sun-ripened Alphonso mango woven into our classic Jun — the floral sweetness of green tea and raw honey finding its perfect counterpart in deep, caramelised tropical fruit. Gently effervescent, lingering and warm.

Pours a warm amber-gold. On the nose: ripe mango and delicate green tea florals. The palate opens with tropical sweetness, softened by raw honey, and closes with a clean, lightly tart finish. Carbonation is fine and persistent.
